Outside Independent Sales Reps:
Living & Working in the CALA Region
(Caribbean & Latin America)
Prime Meridian is looking for a qualified, driven Independent Out-side Sales Representative for the CALA region. Ideal candidates will be able to develop accounts within their region and area of experience to insure that client requirements are identified, met and continually supported.
Job responsibilities:
• Manage and builds accounts to ensure needs are identified and supported.
• Evaluates accounts to provide recommendations to generate additional revenue.
• Monitors product placement and inventory levels at assigned accounts.
• Prospects for new business opportunities.
• Attends trade shows, buying shows, etc. as necessary.
• Visits clients as necessary to develop and maintain firm customer relationships.
• Supports the company’s sales representatives/agencies throughout the country.
• Provides clients with current pricing, samples, etc.
• Maintains sales files including quotations, contact reports, sales history, work orders, etc.
Prime requires the following qualifications from our associates:
• Technology experience within the Utility, Telecom, Gas & Oil, Hospitality, Government and other industries would lead to development of sales opportunities related to the specific types of equipment and services we offer on our web site.
• Ability to travel as may be required.
• Computer experience; skilled with database/spreadsheet programs, and specifically MS Office (MSWord, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
